Validity of prices, fares, and tariff 
Prices, fares and tariff in Nonki Holidays's site are exclusively stand alone, apart from any prices, fares and tariff  you may have discovered from other web sites which - one way or another - are linked here. All Prices, fares and tariff are applicable as of 5 January 2012 until further notice.

Quotation

Prices, fares and tariff  in Nonki Holidays's site are basically quoted in Indonesia Rupiah (IDR) net-per-person including value added tax (VAT) and subject to change with or without prior notice. The US Dollars fare that stated for each tour package was made according to currency conversion at a certain date. However, the actual fare that applied is the one that stated on each tour package's detail. 

Travel Insurance

Unless requested before hands; (at least 1 week prior to arrival),   Nonki Holidays's prices, fares, and tariff  do not include personal travel insurance. In case one is  needed we will do our best to arrange it  and all expenses involved will be charged as additional cost.

Reservation and Inquiry

Unless otherwise agreed, all reservations or inquiries (including special attention or special arrangements required for your VIP; travel agents; special guests etc) should be made in written and sent by  email. All guests who arrive or join a tour without any reservation will be considered as walking guests and therefore subject to our “upon arrival bookings” policy. In order to have your reservation made correctly, please also advise us details of additional services (if any) you may wish to have.

Reply and Confirmation

All replies and confirmation will be sent to your preferred address in the shortest possible time by telephone and, or by e-mail.

Hotel and Accommodation

Breakfast for two are normally included in the room rates. Except at certain hotels where our rooms allotment are being well-preserved, other room bookings will always be provided on "run-off-the-house" basis. Triple beds consists of twin bed - or double bed room, plus a roll way or a folding bed.

Transportation

All transport fares are based on air-conditioned vehicles whenever available and will be prepared in size according to number of participants being reserved.

Transfer in or out

All transfer fares are include the vehicle and all mandatory fees. Meals are not included unless clearly indicated. To minimize waste of time, It is recommended to request a reserved breakfast, lunch, or dinner on a long haul driving.

Tour Guides

All transfers and tours are include the service of an English speaking tour guide. Other language’s tour guides are available upon request and subject to confirmation.

Tours and Excursions

All comprises of tours and excursions are reserved in accordance with details of itinerary being taken. In certain remote areas, standard of services may be inappropriate but we try to get for you all the best available.

Alternations of Itinerary

Only services specified in the detailed itinerary that will be provided. Any changes, alterations or amendments of itineraries can only be considered after at least 48 hours prior notice and yet, subject to reconfirmation.

Children and Infants

Except for air tickets which are depend on each airlines’ regulations - 50% reduction from adult’s tariff is applicable for children under 12 years old who are traveling together with their parents without requesting any extra bed. There is no charge for infants.

Free of charge

1 person free of charge is granted for every 24 full-paying-passengers within a single group reservation. No free is applicable for individuals or a group consists of less than 24 full-paying-passengers.

Terms of payment

Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit of 50% from total charges is required upon confirmation of the initial reservation. The balance is due the latest 2 weeks prior to the date of arrival. Failure to comply this may result cancellation of all services without prior notice.

Payment

Settlement of payment - preferably by telegraphic bank transfer or bank draft - should be made payable to: Nurmaidi Syahputra Nonki, A/C. 132-00-1146612-6 Swift Code: BEIIIDJA Bank MANDIRI Sukajadi, Bandung 13215 West Java, INDONESIA. Otherwise, please check alternate.

Liability

Nonki Holidays acts only as an agent for transportation companies, hotels, carrier and other contractors or service providers, and consequently disclaims all responsibility for any loss, damage, accident, injury, delay and changes of schedule or any other irregularities which arise due to circumstances beyond our control or due to any force mayeur situations. No efforts will be spared to substitute any unused services being conformed either in full or partial. However, Nonki Holidays reserves the right to change, modify or withdraw contents of itineraries and their related services with or without prior notice if found to be in the best interest of all parties concerned.

Additional fees for baggage may apply. Please contact your airline or refer to its website for detailed information regarding their checked baggage policies.

Special promotions valid on new bookings only. Prices are per person, based on double occupancy accommodations. Air-only prices are for one-way travel departing from select cities.

Tour and land packages only include round-trip midweek airfare from select cities and do not include meals unless otherwise indicated. Savings reflect land prices only and vary by resort and travel dates.

Availability is limited. Seats may not be available on all flights or tours. Rates and/or package prices on airfares, cruises and tours are subject to holiday blackouts, peak period surcharges, and cancellation charges may be applicable of up to the full price paid depending on the fare and/or package and when it is cancelled.

International government imposed taxes and fees of up to $60 may apply on arrivals and departures depending on the itinerary chosen, and are payable to the appropriate airport authority. Some fares may be non-refundable, but may be exchanged for a fee of up to $200, plus any additional airfare costs due to difference in new airfares. Other restrictions may apply and vary by resort, cruise and airline carrier. Contact Nonki Holidays for further details.
